I hold a degree in pedagogy and a certified in Gestalt psychology, complemented by certifications in Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working across various industries and roles, gaining diverse experiences that have deepened my understanding of the complexities of professional life. This exposure has also provided me with a broader perspective on how different cultures and belief systems approach similar challenges in unique ways. On a personal level, I have been fortunate to encounter many remarkable individuals from whom I have learned immensely. Like everyone, I have faced my share of struggles, losses, and disappointments. However, I have always believed that the answers lie within us. Embracing this belief has been transformative, allowing me to navigate challenges with resilience and a deeper sense of purpose.

In Gestalt therapy, the focus is on the "here and now," emphasizing the immediate experience of the client. This approach has resonated with me deeply, as it aligns with my own journey of self-discovery and growth. Over time, my passion for helping others has grown into a commitment to guide individuals in becoming the best versions of themselves. I am inspired by the Gestalt principle that "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts," and I strive to support my clients in integrating all aspects of their being—mind, body, and spirit—to achieve harmony and fulfillment.
